R&S Estate Agents wanted a website that would stand out from the rest. They didn't like the formal look that is normally associated with estate agencies, they wanted something more fun and interactive. So after a thorough consultation we agreed upon an interactive flash header that visitors use to navigate the site. However, if for any reason the visitor does not have the flash component installed the navigation will gracefully degrade to a plain graphic.
